Friday - August 19 - Ephesians 3:11-13
11 This was paccording to the eternal purpose that he has realized in Christ Jesus our Lord, 12 in whom we haveqboldness and raccess with sconfidence through our tfaith in him. 13 So I ask you not to lose heart over what I am suffering ufor you, vwhich is your glory.
Without Faith in Christ, there is no boldness only noise and access is only imagined. With Christ as our foundation we can have boldness because our base is rock-solid. We have access to the ultimate authority who has our backs whether others accept it or not. How can we fail?
ReplyDeleteI know I need to do a better job with being bold with my words...place to start in HIS word. Lord, remind me I serve a Mighty God, like Chris said- how can I fail?

I can have boldness and confidence but only to the degree that I have faith in him. Am I doing this thing in my own flesh or by my faith?
ReplyDeleteThis scripture reminds me that I should be more bold and confident and willing to share my faith with others.
ReplyDeleteWe can have boldness because of our acess to Him, because we are included in His eternal plan. That is why whether we are living it up in the lap of luxury or sitting in a jail cell, like Paul, we can still be confident that we are being used right where He wants us for that season.
